Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send an email to notify you that the product has been received and separate email notifying you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If your product is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

- How to return?
- Email us at info@orteahboutique.com and include your email, order number and description of concern.
- We will then provide you with instruction and a return address to ship your replacement out.
- All returned items will be inspected, all items must be returned in its original packaging and unaltered, unworn and undamaged with tags attached.
- Return Cycle?
- Return products unaltered within 7 days of the date that you receive your product.at our warehouse.
- Who pays for shipment?
- Customer is responsible for all return shipping cost, please provide returns with tracking number. NOTE: Or’Teah Boutique is not responsible for any lost or stolen merchandise . Please indicate “RETURN” on the item/packaging.
- Returning without Contact?
- You must contact Or’Teah Boutique prior to returning any products, returned merchandise without contact will not be subject to a refund.
